Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to process an exchange for you. The same eligibility requirements for returns apply to exchanges.
How to Return or Exchange Items
Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer service team at [service@xingzishan.com] or fill out the return form on our website.
Receive Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition with tags attached. Include your order number and return authorization number.
Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
For exchanges due to incorrect size, we’ll cover the return shipping cost
For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
For defective items or our shipping errors, we’ll provide a prepaid return label
Special Circumstances
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We’ll promptly replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, we can provide store credit for the value of the returned item. Please include the gift receipt or order number.
